The Plumbing & Heating Training Programme is a complete, structured introduction to the core knowledge every plumber and heating engineer needs to build a career in the trade. Covering nine modules — from health and safety and cold water systems through to central heating, drainage, electrical awareness, and pipework fabrication — the programme takes learners step by step through the foundations of the profession, building practical understanding alongside the legal and technical knowledge required to work safely and competently.

Each module combines short video lessons with assessed quizzes and a final module exam, ensuring learners genuinely understand each topic before progressing to the next. On completion of all nine modules, learners receive a Skills Portal Certificate of Completion, demonstrating their knowledge to employers and providing a solid foundation for further trade qualifications.
